You have been the last of a great list of british superathletes:
Richard Fox (best of history).
Shaun Pearce.
Raspin brothers...
And you.
We will miss your fantastic videos.
Good luck in your new life! |

Chapeau bas monsieur Campbell Walsh!
Mon premier souvenir de vous, c'était sur le bassin de Bourg St Maurice, vous n'étiez qu'un tout jeune pratiquant et déjà quelle technique...

Well the reality reaches publication. Congratuilations on an awesome career in kayaking, I remember a much younger Walsh in his early career around scottish slaloms and on the polo pitch. Hopefully it will not be full retirement and you will continue the tradition of heading up to the SCA Champs and encourage a growing bunch of young old farts to bring back a health social side to the event.
Best wishes in the future as you settle into retirement. |

| Nice to have met you at the roadside cafe in Bellegarde last week after the TdF stage finish - hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip. The traffic jam did clear eventually! Good luck with the canoeing for the rest of the year. |

Hi Campbell,
We are just coming back from St. Jean de Maurienne and the
Tour de France. Maybe you remember us, we are the german guys who
parked the car right next to yours from where we started to reach the
stage final in La Toussuire by bike. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip
in France. We wish you good luck for future competitions.
It was nice meeting you.
